Anton, a 100% Sri Lankan household solutions manufacturer, has helped local and international customers to find solutions through unique designs, consistent innovation and internationally recognised quality standards.
“As a responsible organisation we always help our customers to create more eco-friendly buildings and we believe in continuous innovation and development,” said Chief Operating Officer at St. Anthony›s Industries Group (Pvt) Ltd, Lahiru Jayasinghe.
Anton uPVC (Un-plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) doors and windows are one of the major outcomes of the innovation process.
“When choosing uPVC, the consumption of wood is reduced which leads to the conservation of forests. For every 6,000MT of uPVC doors and windows we produce, 32,000 hectares of forest are preserved which is the perfect material for construction with the added benefit of being the better solution for the environment,” he said.
“Compared to aluminum, uPVC also maximises energy-saving insulation, which reduces energy bills and helps to protect natural resources. uPVC is a product which is resistant to UV, fire, termites and corrosion with low maintenance and is cost-friendly,” said Jayasinghe.
The Anton uPVC systems have set a new standard and trend in the industry, combining technical excellence with aesthetic appeal, consistently and exceptional installation services, he said.
