3 February, 2019

Brain drain is the departure of educated, professional people to developed countries. It refers to the emigration of well educated, knowledgeable and skilled professionals from their home country to another. The most obvious reason is to find a good job in a developed country. There are also other factors that cause brain drain such as war and conflict health risks and political instability. Brain drain occurs mostly in developing countries with a few job opportunities and low salaries. Educated professionals migrate to developed countries to make their lives a success.
