The first Business Psychology Association in Sri Lanka (BPASL), spearheaded by Dr. Darshan Perera, the founder of Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology was launched in Colombo last week. BPASL is a professional body dedicated towards promoting and practising the effective utilization of psychological principles in a business and organizational setting.
