On the occasion of the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, the Embassy of China in Sri Lanka organized a reception at the Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel. Kapila Waidyaratne, Secretary, Ministry of Defence was the guest of honor.
