First Prize : The Two Towers

11 March, 2018

The Two Towers is the second part of J.R.R. Tolkien’s epic adventure The Lord of the Rings, a beautifully written masterpiece which is among the greatest works of imaginative fiction of the twentieth century. Published first by Harper Collins in 2002, the novel itself is a timeless piece of art by Tolkien, who is one of the most influential writers the world has ever had.

In this book, the two hobbits Frodo and Sam, continue their journey alone down in the great River Auduin to save the world from the wrath of Sauron the evil lord, amidst many hardships and dangers.

I admire this book because it gives the reader moments which are both heart stopping and adrenaline rushed.
