The foundation stone laying ceremony for the proposed 3 storied building for the Puttalam Zahira National College, was held recently.
It is to be built with an allocation received from the Ministry of Education, on a request made by the deputy leader of ACMC M.H.M.Navavi MP.
The parliamentarian, as chief guest at the event laid the foundation stone.
The Deputy Principals Riyaldeen, Nihara Riyaldeen, Assistant Principal S.R.M.Muhsi and many others participated at the event.
