Arden Institute, the educational partner of American Hospitality and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) in Sri Lanka, will launch the Certified Guest Service Gold Professional (CGSP)Training Workshop on November 18 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo.

‘Guest Service Gold’ is a comprehensive program designed to accomplish the goal of creating guest service-oriented hospitality employees who know how to engage with their guests to provide memorable guest service.

Top facilitator for the CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator) training in India and Asia for AHLA, Gladvin Rego is the Facilitator for the GSG training workshop in Colombo.

The segment on tripadvisor Reputation Management which is developed by AHLEI in partnership with tripadvisor, provides clear information on how staff can encourage positive reviews by providing exceptional guest service, and some of the topics covered include, ‘Where do negative reviews come from?’, ‘Our impact on guest satisfaction’, ‘Asking guests for reviews’, ‘Review tools’, ‘Management responses’, ‘Taking ownership’.
